We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team and support our financial planning and decision-making processes.

Job Description:
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. You will play a key role in evaluating financial performance, forecasting, budgeting, and conducting financial modeling to assist in strategic planning. Your expertise will directly contribute to the optimization of financial operations and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough financial analysis and prepare reports to evaluate company performance, financial trends, and market conditions.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
Perform variance analysis, comparing actual results with budgets/forecasts, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions, capital investments, and long-term planning.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze financial data to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support senior management in making informed financial decisions by providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
Review and assess financial data related to projects, investments, and acquisitions.
Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and help optimize capital expenditure.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal policies.
Provide support during audits, and help maintain accurate financial records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, marketing) to align financial goals with business objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (master’s degree or professional certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus).
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, modeling, and accounting principles.
Proficient in financial analysis software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (including financial modeling and data analysis).
Excellent understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and financial ratios.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and market conditions is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
