Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Manager / Finance Director to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE.

- This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in corporate finance, financial analysis, and investment management.
- The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring the financial health of the company.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with minimum of 20 years of experience in corporate finance, in depth understanding of cash flow management.
- Preference with work experience in Property Development/ Construction/ Banks in a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure efficient resource allocation and financial performance.
- Lead funding initiatives, including equity and debt financing, to support business operations and expansion plans.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and presentations to the executive team and board of directors, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions to negotiate favourable terms and secure necessary funding.

Salary:
AED 40,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
