- Perform data entry and accurately enter financial transactions.
- Process and manage invoices, purchase orders and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the maintenance of financial databases and archiving systems.
- Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts.
- Process payments and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of audits and other financial assessments.
- Provide support to the finance team in other areas as required.
- Process tax payments
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Participate in annual and quarterly audits
- A degree in accounting or finance.
- Proven experience in a finance or accounting related position.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
