We are a leading construction company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant Cost Control Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Track project costs, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.

Prepare detailed cost control reports and assist in audits.

Collaborate with project managers to review project performance and provide financial insights.

Develop and implement accounting policies and cost control procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of cost control principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
