Job Description

• Recording financial entries in ERP system SAP.
• Participate in monthly and year-end closing.
• Participate in financial statements preparation.
• Preparing annual operational budget.
• Preparing quarterly budget analysis as required.
• Review, reconcile and financial report expenditures, revenues, and balances.
• Maintaining general ledger current and new accounting cycles to make sure that it’s under the accounting standards with accurate processing and timing.
• Coordinate with all the functions to ensure the completeness of the period related expenses, accruals, prepayments, provisions, other debit & credit balances.
• Provide analytical reports covering all the P&L and balance sheet accounts
• Lead the GL operation in identifying, verifying, analyzing, testing, and rolling out financial systems, tools, and processes.
• Participate in tax reconciliations, investigation, monitoring and follow-up.
• Support the external auditors for the auditing process.

Job Requirements

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
• Experience with ERP software, SAP .
• Excellent knowledge of accounting standards
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
