*** Commercial Property Solicitor - Hybrid working ***

Anthony Knight Recruitment are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their client based in the heart of London, (Hybrid working 2 days in the office and 3 days from home). The suitable candidate will be 2+ years PQE in Commercial Property and is happy to manage a broad caseload of commercial matters.

The role includes:

• freehold and leasehold acquisitions
  
• charges and re-mortgages
  
• leases and renewals
  
• licenses to assign
  
• sub-letting and surrendering leases
  

This is a hybrid role working 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
