Sr Accountant with Cost Controlling experience for F&B Division at Almoayed Ventures

Description: Are you passionate about ensuring efficiency and profitability in the Food & Beverage industry? We are seeking a meticulous F&B Cost Controller to join our team! As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing costs, implementing cost-saving measures, and maximizing profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong background in cost control within the F&B sector, and specific experience in Bahrain's F&B landscape, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing company MIS reports and annual audit

- Analyze food and beverage costs to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.

- Collaborate with purchasing and culinary team to optimize procurement processes.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.

- Prepare reports and presentations on cost analysis and budget performance.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in F&B cost control.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision will be preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- Proven experience in Bahrain’s F&B industry .

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Ideal candidate has experience in Microsoft Navision (not mandatory)
