Job Title: Admin and Finance Assistance

Sawa Organization –Ramallah is seeking a full-time candidate for the Admin and Financial Assistant position at the Organization.
Primary responsibilities will include Admin Tasks and Finance Tasks as follows:
Finance Tasks:
- Verify payment requests and ensure compliance with budgets and regulations.
- Archive original invoices, receipts, and contracts systematically.
- Assist with daily finance and administrative tasks, including recording payments, managing financial data, and supporting documents.
- Monthly bank account reconciliation, monitoring balances, and transferring funds as needed.
- Process monthly payroll and related taxes.
- Communicate with local external contacts, such as partners, banks, and auditors.
- Manage assets, maintain inventory, and oversee warehouse movement.
- Support financial management and project follow-up.
- Participate in procurement processes.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Admin Tasks:
- Telephone management: Receive, direct, and relay calls.
- Public inquiries: Respond to inquiries.
- Receptionist duties: Perform necessary functions.
- Appointment scheduling: Arrange appointments and assist with meeting planning.
- Procurement follow-up: Monitor procurement processes.
- Office supplies: Manage supplies and stationery.
- Communication with external contacts: Liaise with partners, banks, and other institutions.
- Employee records: Compile and update records.
- Contract and attendance management: Monitor contracts, schedules, and leaves.
- Payroll calculation: Handle payroll and month-end tasks.
- Recruitment support: Assist in job description preparation and candidate selection.
Professional qualifications and Experience:
- Education: BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years, preferably in the NGO sector and Proficiency in using Bisan software.
- Language: Proficiency in English
- Skills: Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure effectively.
