Missions
• Collection of information, consolidation and transmission to its hierarchy.
• Physical, telephone and electronic reception of messaging.
• Coordination between structures.

• Preparation of administrative files and reception of new recruits.
• Payment of social and tax declarations.
• Reception, classification and management of invoice payment templates.
• Preparation of accounting statements.
• Security reporting.
Profile
• Bachelor's degree L4 or M2 in management science / human sciences.
• Minimum 4 years in a similar position supplemented by convincing experience.
• Have solid knowledge in finance and accounting
• Know how to optimize the operation of the means at his disposal,
• Know how to work in a team,
• Autonomy, initiative, adaptability, organization, integrity, interpersonal skills
• Perfect command of Arabic, French and English
• Perfect command of IT tools and in particular the office pack.
