• Manage all accounting transactions
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• manage accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial  liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Support financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations

Work experience as an chief accountant ( 2:5 ) years with total accounting experience ( 7 : 10 ) yearsExcellent knowledge of accounting regulations and proceduresHands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooksAdvanced MS Excel skillsExperience with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsBSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
