Position: Consultant/ Audit Assistant

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team at Grant Thornton Abdulaal as a Consultant/Audit Assistant in our Risk Advisory department. As a leading global professional services firm, we provide our clients with a range of services including audit, tax, and advisory services. Our Risk Advisory team specializes in helping organizations identify and manage risks to achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the planning and execution of risk assessments for various clients in different industries

- Conduct internal control reviews and identify areas for improvement

- Perform data analysis and identify potential risks and fraud

- Prepare audit reports and present findings to clients

- Collaborate with team members to develop recommendations and solutions for clients

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the most relevant and effective advice

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

- Assist with other ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Previous experience in audit, risk management, or a related field is preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

- Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are a plus
