Responsibilities

- Oversee all accounting operations ensuring compliance and standards.

- Prepare Financial Reports: Generate monthly and annual financial reports reflecting sales and purchases.

- Cost Accounting: Track costs related to goods storage, transportation, and distribution, and provide cost-saving recommendations.

- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage payments to suppliers and monitor cash flow from sales.

- Tax Compliance: Ensure the company follows tax regulations specific to the pharmaceutical industry.

- Accounting Software Use: Manage financial data using "Al Ameen" or other accounting software, ensuring accurate inventory and sales records.

- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance of sales and profit margins based on purchases and distribution costs.

- Foreign Currency Accounts: Manage and track foreign currency accounts, ensuring accurate conversion and reporting of transactions in multiple currencies.

- Exchange Rate Variance Reports: Prepare and analyze reports on exchange rate fluctuations and their impact on financial statements and profitability.
