الوصف الوظيفي

We are looking to hire an experienced Accountant for our Finance Department. This position will

be reporting to the Department Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

 Reconciling the Company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers

 Completing analysis of the employee expenditures

 Managing income and expenditure accounts

 Generating the Company’s financial reports

 Keeping a check on the Company’s finances based on financial status

 Document financial transactions of various types by entering account information data

 Summarize financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit

and loss, account statement, and other reports

 Secure sensitive financial information by completing database backups

 Prepare payments by requesting disbursements and verifying documentation

 Prepares variance reports and analysis

المهارات

University graduate in Accounting /Finance or related professional qualification

 Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Accounting

 Relevant experience in Cost and Management Accounting

 Any other required reports using Excel

 Should be dynamic, self-motivated and possess strong analytical skills

 Excellent skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, Basic Lookup usage)

 Experience with accounting software and data entry

 Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures

 Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets

 Ability to work independently

 Analytical skills

 Knowledge of using ERP system or accounting software packages

 Good communication skills
