Accounting Management:

Recording of accounting entries:

• Ensure the recording of accounting entries in compliance with current standards (SCF Alg rien, IFRS, PCN desirable).
  
• Recording journal entries, cash transactions, bank movements, sales and purchases.
  
• Verification of the conformity of supporting documents (invoices, contracts, purchase orders, etc.).
  

Account monitoring:

• Monitor customer and supplier accounts and ensure their regularity.
  
• Perform reconciliation of expense and income accounts, as well as management of accounting charges.
  

Monthly and annual closing operations:

• Actively participate in monthly and annual accounting closings.
  
• Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) within the required timeframes.
  
• Prepare detailed reports for financial management.
  

Management of Tax and Social Declarations:

Compliance with tax obligations:

• Prepare and submit periodic tax returns (VAT, corporate tax, TSE, etc.).
  
• Ensure the application of withholding taxes, social security contributions and social declarations.
  
• Monitor developments in tax and social legislation and integrate new requirements into company practices.
  

Regulatory monitoring:

• Carry out continuous monitoring of tax and accounting developments (new laws, decrees, etc.) and ensure that the company remains in compliance with the rules in force.
  

Financial Flow and Treasury Management:

Follow-up from the treasury:

• Manage the company's daily cash flow: monitoring of incoming and outgoing funds, management of bank balances.
  
• develop short and medium term cash flow forecasts based on financial flows.
  

Optimization of financial resources:

• Analyze the company's financing structure and propose actions to optimize liquidity management.
• Monitor external and internal financing and manage relationships with banks.
