As a Payroll Manager in the Small Business Service activity, your mission will be to produce the monthly payroll in its entirety and in compliance with the social legislation of one or more accounts.
Your responsibility is to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

What you will do: 

Your Responsibilities Manage a client portfolio Ensure the production and processing of data with the required quality and within contractual deadlines. Prepare, record, establish and control the pay slips of your client portfolio. Ensure the delivery of payroll in compliance with client schedules. Produce post-payrolls. Ensure the application of social, legislative and collective agreement rules. Collaborate on a daily basis. Alert your manager in the event of detection of a risk relating to the smooth running of your work. Share all types of information with your peers, support functions, vis-à-vis and your hierarchy. in order to ensure continuity and service excellence. Actively participate in daily production meetings. Ensure the direct relationship with your end customer.

Language skills: You have excellent communication skills in French (written/verbal). Academic training: You have a Bac+3 or higher education in Human Resources, Finance, Management, Economics or equivalent diploma. Technical skills: You have a perfect command of Power point, Word and Excel.


Preference will be given to candidates who possess:

Experience working in a structured, performance-based environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
Agility in learning
Ability to manage projects
Written and verbal English communication skills
Knowledge of French payroll
Proficiency in Excel functions (V lookup, pivot table, etc., formulas)
