• Manage and oversee all bookkeeping operations within the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and present unit balance sheets, profit and loss (P&L) reports, and annual financial statements to business management.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Conduct thorough analysis of general ledger accounts, including balance sheet and P&L, to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Support evaluations of assets, liabilities, and inventories, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate all audit missions, ensuring all documentation is prepared and accessible.
• Maintain strong relationships with external and internal partners, fostering collaboration and compliance.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations as required.
• Ensure the implementation of approved accounting policies and procedures that align with legal requirements.
• Contribute to the analysis and preparation of the annual financial report, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure robust internal controls are in place, collaborating with internal auditors to enhance compliance and efficiency.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an expert accountant, preferably in a multinational company.

• Proficient in SAP (medium knowledge), advanced knowledge of IFRS, and basic knowledge of OHADA.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and advanced proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Internal Auditing and Robotics is advantageous.
• Exceptional networking abilities with a strong business network.
• High social competence and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility, openness, and empathy, balanced with resilience and self-confidence.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions under changing conditions.
• A structured and methodical approach to problem-solving
