Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present periodic financial reports to the Board of Directors.
- Engage in discussions with banks and financial institutions to secure funding and manage financial relationships.
- Conduct financial analysis, cost control, and internal audit procedures to ensure financial efficiency.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and payable to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support in financial operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and decision-making.
- Oversee financial planning and feasibility studies for real estate and construction projects.
- Manage project financing, cost estimation, and budget forecasting for ongoing developments.
Job Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a Finance Manager role.
- At least 5 years of experience in the real estate or construction industries.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and internal control systems.
- Ability to prepare financial statements and management reports for the Board of Directors.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Willing to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.
