Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present periodic financial reports to the Board of Directors.
• Engage in discussions with banks and financial institutions to secure funding and manage financial relationships.
• Conduct financial analysis, cost control, and internal audit procedures to ensure financial efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and payable to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure transparency and accuracy.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support in financial operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and decision-making.
• Oversee financial planning and feasibility studies for real estate and construction projects.
• Manage project financing, cost estimation, and budget forecasting for ongoing developments.

Job Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a Finance Manager role.
• At least 5 years of experience in the real estate or construction industries.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and internal control systems.
• Ability to prepare financial statements and management reports for the Board of Directors.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Willing to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.
