Position: Accountant
Location: Dubai, UAE

About Us:
We are a growing Real estate and holiday homes company in Dubai, specializing in short-term rentals and property management. We are looking for a skilled Accountant to manage our financial operations, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and support the financial growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management & Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate financial records for the company, including income, expenses, and Collection management.
Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Manage invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
2. VAT & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, including VAT registration and filing returns.
Prepare and submit VAT reports and maintain proper documentation for audits.
3. Payroll & Banking:

Handle bank reconciliations, payments, and financial transactions.
4. Budgeting & Cost Control:

Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.
5. Audits & Reporting:

Coordinate with external auditors and prepare financial statements for audits.
Generate financial reports for management, including revenue analysis and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the holiday homes, real estate, or hospitality industry.
Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software
Proficiency in Excel is Must
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and tax compliance.
Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Language: Proficiency in English, Urdu , Hindi (Arabic is a plus).
