• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage posting on the accounting system directly in the office and assist with other accounting tasks
• Enter, retrieve, and maintain accounting information in the database.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance
• Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a similar position preferably in a construction/contracting/real estate/property management
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
• Ability to interact with the company's management and other departments in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to prepare detailed and accurate reports within the given timeframe as per requirements.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and its applications.
