Job Description

Uniform Shop & Inventory Management:

• Monitor uniform shop demands based on parent requests (online and in person).
• Supervise stock levels in the shop and store, ensuring timely restocking and issuing new cutting orders.

Cash & Transaction Management:

• Issue receipts for all daily collections and transactions, including cash, Visa, and online payments.
• Cover cashier duties when needed, including receiving payments and handling uniform sales.
• Monitor the accounting system and issue revised financial reports before submission to the supervisor and top management.
• Prepare and issue financial reports, including Trial Balance (T.B), Profit & Loss (P&L), and Financial Statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts and all current accounts, providing timely reports to the supervisor.
• Ensure accuracy in financial data and compliance with accounting principles.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Can join immediately.
• Experience in E-Invoice system.
