Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately using cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a balanced cash register and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Generate and provide receipts to customers while handling inquiries regarding payments.
- Assist in reconciling daily cash and preparing financial reports as required.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and payment details.
- Handle refunds, exchanges, and discrepancies in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to financial record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
