About the Role:
A well-established tourism company is looking for an Admin & Bookkeeper to handle invoicing, accounting, and administrative tasks related to reservations and daily operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounts management, invoicing systems, and administrative support within a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing & Accounting: Process invoices, manage payments, and track financial transactions related to reservation files.
Daily Operations Support: Assist in administrative tasks related to booking management and reservations.
Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all accounts, payments, and reconciliations.
System & Data Management: Work with accounting software and reservation systems to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Experience in accounting, invoicing, and administrative roles.
Familiarity with accounting and reservation systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage financial records and reconcile accounts.
Proficiency in Excel, financial software, and office administration tools.
