We are currently seeking a highly skilled Chief Accountant to lead our accounting team and manage the financial operations as we scale.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Accountant with 12+ years of experience in the hospitality industry. This role requires a strong leader with extensive expertise in accounting, financial management, and budgeting, along with a proven track record of successfully managing teams. You will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and contributing to strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accounting professionals, ensuring efficient operations and growth.
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate and manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business decisions.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and other financial operations within the hospitality sector.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with all relevant tax laws.
• Develop and implement internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets.
• Work closely with other departments, including operations, sales, and procurement, to optimize financial performance and profitability.
