- Head of Audit Mission
- Conduct audit missions planned or ordered by management.
- develop a work program for each Audit mission, following the Audit procedures in force.
- Lead the work of auditors and contribute to their skills development.
- Write audit reports to highlight the facts observed and recommend recommendations to correct them and improve processes at the level of the audited structures.
- Monitor progress actions.
- Carry out any mission/task requested by the hierarchy.
- Constantly ensure the preservation of the brand image of Audit and the Bank.
- Higher education diploma.
- Diploma in Auditing (CPAI, CIA) or in-depth training is a plus.
- Professional experience of five (05) years in the field of Audit.
- Having worked as an audit professional in a bank.
- Have a perfect knowledge of Audit standards, practices and procedures.
- be available and able to travel.
- Good command of IT tools.
- Good command of Audit techniques and tools.
- Have skills in mobilizing and leading teams.
- Have a mastery of written and oral communication techniques.
- Have the skills and comfort in writing reports.
- Spirit of initiative and synthesis.
