Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring variances and identifying potential areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitors daily purchases, prepares GRNs, generates cost reports, updates FMC, allocates costs, records transfers, and manages inventory.
  • Any other works as and when requested by Chief Accountant/Management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role, in F&B industry.
  • Must have Knowledge of Micros, FMC Material Control (Fidelio) and Costing
  • Knowledge ERP accounting Packages such as sun systems, Tally or any other ERP Packages
  • Knowledge of Profit & loss, General Ledger, and A&L Reconciliation
