Arabian Trading Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be involved with Invoicing, Sales Reconciliation, Data Entry, Sales Reporting, Managing Debtor & Creditor Ageing, and Petty Cash Management. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Invoicing
• Inter Company Sales Reconciliation
• Purchases Entry and Accounting
• Daily & monthly sales reporting
• Credit Notes & Purchase return entries
• Bank Receipts - Allocation and accounting of cheques received from Trade Debtors and deposit with banks
• Receivable Ledger scrutiny & necessary correction entries
• Managing and updating ageing reports of debtors and creditors
• Petty Cash management – Receipts, payments, daily tallying of physical cash
• Preparing and sending Salesman-wise Receivables outstanding Report to Marketing Divisions
• Assist in Budgeting and Forecasting activities
• Help with VAT Submission and Compliance
• Maintain financial data confidentiality
• Comply with financial policies and regulations

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2 years work experience in Accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Capable of using Focus ERP
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Familiarity with VAT and Tax invoicing
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
