Job Description

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Record and analyze financial transactions related to factory operations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, cost of goods sold (COGS), and factory expenses.
• Monitor budgets and spending within departments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal financial policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support audits and financial reviews.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a financial accounting role, with proven experience in factory or manufacturing settings.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
