• Prepare and analyze actual project costs versus estimated budgets
• Monitor material movement between warehouses and project sites and allocate them to respective cost items
• Record accounting entries related to site operational expenses
• Analyze cost variances and submit reports to management with reasons and recommendations
• Prepare periodic cost reports (weekly/monthly) for each project
• Review supplier and subcontractor invoices and ensure compliance with executed work
• Handle petty cash settlements and ensure proper reconciliation

Bachelor's degree in Commerce – Accounting Department1 to 3 years of practical experience in cost accounting, preferably in the contracting/construction sectorProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP system experience is a plus)Strong financial analysis skills, accuracy, and commitmentApplicants must be residents of Cairo
