Key Responsibilities:

GL Accounting:

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare financial reports and support audits.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash flow tracking.

Payment Product Management:

• Own the roadmap and operations of payment features on the platform.
• Work closely with engineering to design and implement scalable payment solutions.
• Optimize payment workflows for customer experience and internal efficiency.
• Collaborate with payment processors and gateway partners.
• Monitor payment KPIs and troubleshoot issues across systems.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.1–3 years of experience in accounting, with GL experience required.Experience working in or with e-commerce or fintech is a plus.Solid understanding of digital payments, gateways, and transaction flow.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading initiatives.Proficiency in accounting and Excel.Bonus: Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
