Job Vacancy: Female Arab Accountant (with Construction Background)

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 6000 to 7000 AED

We are looking for a Female Accountant with a strong background in the construction industry to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage financial records, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and budget forecasts.
• Handle payroll processing, tax calculations, and VAT compliance.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely payment of suppliers.
• Prepare reports on project costs, expenditures, and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist in contract cost analysis and work closely with project managers.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of construction-related financial transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

✅ Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the construction industry.

✅ Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or ERP systems)
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles, project cost tracking, and WIP reporting.
• Good understanding of tax regulations, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
