Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our Finance team. The Cost Accountant will be responsible for analyzing costs, preparing budget reports, and ensuring financial accuracy within the organization.

Job Responsibility:
- Analyze costs of production and raw materials to provide financial insight
- Prepare cost estimates and budget reports for decision-making purposes
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements
- Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and reduce expenses

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience as a Cost Accountant or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and cost analysis techniques
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
