Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Implements option to meet the individual health needs through communication and available resource to provide the right health care at the right time, in tight setting ,by accurate billing ,
•  Use available codes resources for billing purpose upon utilization of services for cost effective patient care.
•  Monitor and follow up in-patient billing &Auditing ensuring accuracy in a timely manner.
•  Monitor and follow up in -patient admission & discharge bills on daily basis, analyze available resource to provide the right billing to the suggested charged services and to fasten the TAT for billing.
•  Promotes, participates and facilitate in performance improvement activities QI/PI/and establish measurement indicators.
• Take in to consideration the issues related to inpatient billing department in relation to front desk section for any causes of delay which is affecting the discharge processes and customer invoices
• Create closed communication with approval center and ADT office for effective billing and claim settlement
•  Serves as principal liaison between finance and ADT team
• Maintain a complete data for ASH rule, policies and procedure as well as insurance and credit companies’ policies and regulation
•  Evaluate and establishes plan for the working relationship between ASH multidisciplinary team and RCM team to assure that quality patient care is render within contract and hospital regulation.
•  Ensure confidentiality of all patient records and derived data
•  Provide personalized coordinated care, and support for staff and families.
•  Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Minimum Diploma in Nursing (GNM ) /Medical background in an additive
• Accounting experience /Medical coder (CPC)

 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

•  Experience minimum 4 years
• Excellent in oral and written communication

SPECIALIZED SKILLS

•  Skills and computer literate
•  Good in oral and written English language
