We are looking for a motivated General Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will support the accuracy and integrity of financial records, assist in managing balance sheets, and contribute to the preparation of financial reports. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and a proactive attitude toward maintaining and improving financial processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and record asset, liability, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Maintain fixed assets records and oversee the inventory process with office managers.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts daily.
• Support the finance team with data entry, record-keeping, and administrative tasks.
