We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to lead our financial operations in a fast-paced eCommerce environment dealing in multi-branded pre-owned shoes and stocklots. The ideal candidate will not only manage day-to-day accounting but also collaborate directly with the Sales teams to build dynamic, well-structured financial records and partner-wise reporting. The role requires a mix of financial control, data organization, and cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Reporting:

• Oversee all accounting entries, including purchases, sales, returns, and adjustments related to multi-brand stock.
• Maintain the general ledger and reconcile bank accounts and vendor balances.
• Manage monthly and annual closings and prepare financial statements as per Lebanon standards.
• Handle VAT filings,NSSF reports and local tax compliance in coordination with auditors.

Partner Financial Records & Data Building:

• Develop and manage individual financial records per brand/partner, tracking
• Stocklot cost prices
• Revenue generated per SKU or lot
• Return adjustments
• Payment status and profit margins
• Use Excel/Google Sheets with dynamic links, pivot tables, or Google Data Studio dashboards for quick-access reporting per partner.
• Maintain structured folders and shared files for historical tracking and audit readiness.

Sales Collaboration & Insights:

• Work closely with Sales teams to:
• Validate order-wise sales data and partner terms
• Match revenue with procurement and return patterns
• Share financial performance dashboards and margin analysis
• Analyse promotions, pricing strategies, and discount impacts on partner profitability.

Process Development & Optimisation:

• Create scalable templates for financial tracking, purchase and sales reconciliation, and return management.
• Maintain clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for finance workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in eCommerce, trading, or retail.
• Proficiency in Lebanese accounting practices, VAT, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, QUERY, Dashboards).
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks,desktop, Zoho Books, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Experience managing inventory-heavy, multi-brand accounts.
• Exposure to eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) or ERP tools.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
