Job Title: Accountant – Real Estate | Dubai, UAE

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to the efficient management of our financial operations.

Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of accounting duties to support the firm’s operations, including financial reporting, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance. The role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to grow within the real estate industry while ensuring that financial integrity is maintained across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Manage daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist in month-end and year-end closings.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management review.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, auditing requirements, and financial policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience (preferably in real estate or a related industry).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of UAE tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
