Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support monthly reporting. Prior experience in the UAE and knowledge of VAT is essential.

===Key Responsibilities===
Record daily transactions (invoices, payments, expenses)
Reconcile bank accounts and cash balances
Follow up on customer payments
Prepare monthly financial reports
Track vehicle-related expenses (fuel, insurance, repairs)
Handle VAT filings and compliance
Support audit and end-of-year financial processes

===Requirements===
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2–4 years of accounting experience (car rental or automotive preferred)
Good knowledge of UAE VAT rules
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Tally)
Fluent in English
Strong attention to detail and time management

===Nice to Have===
Experience with rental/fleet systems
UAE driving license
