# Financial Planning Analyst - SPV341
#### Job Description

Require willingness and ability to undertake specified tasks as directed. Perform different tasks, process routine documents and maintain day to day activities.. Performs routine assignments based on existing policies and procedures of the function. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles. Learn, apply and consolidate specialized skills and knowledge in providing financial planning activities and responding to queries and providing explanations. Ensuring that any changes in financial planning activities are updated accordingly. Assist in monitoring the end-to-end budgeting process by recognizing potential budget problems, preparing budget based on objectives, understanding revenues, expenditures and costs, managing capital budget, monitoring budget variances and errors, making adjustments to ensure proper development and consolidation of annual budgets. Assist in Conducting a review and examine departments/divisions annual budget submissions in order to ensure accuracy and completeness of budgets and ensure adequate justifications are provided to support the estimated costs and budgets. Asist in Reviewing and finalizing the consolidated annual budget in order to ensure alignment with Ministry of Finance guidelines and timelines and present the budget to the supervisor for further review.
