Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant cum Admin Executive to manage financial records and support day-to-day administrative operations. This dual role requires strong accounting knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
Maintain general ledger and financial statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies & VAT.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Support in payroll processing and statutory compliance (VAT etc.).
Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
Administrative Duties:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
Handle correspondence, filing systems, and document management.
Support scheduling of meetings and maintain calendars.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
Maintain employee records and assist in HR administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with statutory filings and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with HR or payroll software is a plus.
