Job Description

• Develop & review Cost Control Services including but not limited to those of cost estimating, budget control, cost forecasting, cost reporting and cost risk analysis.
• Analyze budget proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze costs across departments to identify opportunities for savings.
• Implement cost control measures and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
• Prepare regular budget vs. actual reports and present findings to management.
• Conduct variance analysis to explain significant differences between budgeted and actual results.
• Partner with operations, procurement, and project teams to ensure financial efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to non-financial staff on budgeting and cost management.

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Budgeting & Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst or similar role
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant study
