• Manage daily financial transactions related to B2B sales via the app (orders, refunds, credits)
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure proper allocation of payments from clients 
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow)
• Monitor client / vendor accounts for overdue payments and work with the sales team to resolve discrepancies
• Process invoices, track inventory, and assist in cost analysis to optimize product pricing and margins
• Assist with tax filing, sales tax compliance, and audits for B2B transactions
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast revenue, track KPIs, and support budgeting efforts
• Oversee and maintain accurate financial records for the company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Help implement automated processes and app-based financial tracking solutions

Bachelor's degree in Accounting3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a B2B or e-commerce environmentFamiliarity with app-based business models and digital sales platformsProficiency in accounting software and ExcelStrong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingAbility to analyze data and generate reports for managementExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of applicable tax regulations and compliance for B2B transactionsStrong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solvingAbility to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
