Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Assist with payroll processing, managing both fixed and variable components accurately and confidentially.
- AML Compliance: Maintain and regularly update Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation to ensure adherence to current regulatory standards.
- Expense Management: Track, categorize, and maintain daily operational expenses using Excel, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely reporting.
- Petty Cash Bookkeeping: Reconcile and document petty cash transactions, maintaining organized and auditable financial records.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and office support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of employee financial and administrative information.
- VAT Filing: Prepare and file VAT returns in accordance with applicable tax regulations, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software like ZOHO BOOKS is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of VAT regulations and AML compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
