• Track and analyze project costs
• Prepare accurate cost reports and forecasts
• Monitor budgets and identify variances
• Coordinate with project and procurement teams
• Contribute to financial closing processes

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field5 to 7 years of experience in construction cost accountingStrong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysisProficiency in Excel and ERP systemsDetail-oriented with strong analytical skillsProven work experience as a Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst, Accountant or similar roleThorough knowledge of accounting proceduresComputer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail Strong time management skills Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
