The Chief Accountant is responsible for providing technical and professional guidance and support to Accounting Department staff, coaching them and developing their skills while developing and implementing sustems for collection, analysis and verification of information. Duties are but not limited to:

- Plan cash flows

- Prepare end of period reporting, internal and legal,i.e. TB, P&L, reconciliation, financial reports, CNSS declaration, etc

-Audit reporting departments and set standards of operations.

- Prepare budgets

- Help in the training and recruitment of accounting, finance, audit staff
