We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
 

• Record all daily accounting transactions on QB – Bookkeeping.
• Assisting with monthly closing entries and assist with monthly audit.
• Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations.
• Bank Visits every two days during the week.
• Preparing tax returns every month.
• Treasury Movement in & out.
• The inventory movement month over month and monthly review.
• E-Invoice record and control.
• Monthly Financial Statements.
• Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
• Monthly Reporting and analysis.
• Assets Control.
• Filling System (AR & AP & Expenses, etc).

Qualifications 3 year of relevant accounting experience.Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Experience with SaaS accounting software such as QuickBooks Online is desirable.In-depth understanding of business book-keeping procedures.Excellent math skills with an attention to detail.Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet deadlines.BSc degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.Proficient in spoken and written English.Values: Confidentiality, Accountability, Teamwork.Good business analyst.Ability for data analysis and SaaS reporting.
