Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage all financial transactions, ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, prepare audit-ready documents, and handle day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate must be proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.), have strong communication skills in English, and possess a valid UAE driver’s license for occasional bank visits and business-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records (invoices, receipts, payments, payroll, etc.).
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure proper documentation for VAT filing and corporate tax compliance (UAE regulations).
2. Audit & Compliance
- Prepare and organize financial documents for internal/external audits.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial laws, VAT, and corporate tax regulations.
3. Banking & Transactions
- Manage bank transactions, transfers, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with banks for LCs, loans, and account-related matters.
- Handle petty cash management and expense reporting.
4. Software & Reporting
- Proficient in Tally ERP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Generate financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements).
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

- Bachelor's degree holder with a proven track record of academic or work experience in the Finance sector.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in partnership management and inter-department coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Presenting an in-depth analysis of the company's financial statements through concise reports.
- Qualified Microsoft Suite professional with a proven track record of implementing technology in financial tasks.
