لوصف الوظيفي
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense claims, and petty cash transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor company bank accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Track and manage supplier payments, subcontractor accounts, and retention.
- Ensure accurate posting of construction project costs and overheads.
- Assist in preparing VAT returns and compliance documentation in line with UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams for cost control and budgeting.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all accounting records.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required.
المهارات
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry or interior fit out
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems, SAGE).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
