Position Title:             Financial Controller

Employment Type:     Full Time

Salary:                        up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location:            Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:

A leading UAE firm shaping urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail, and transportation.

Job Description:

• Oversee all accounting functions, including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, reporting, and audits.
• Prepare financial statements, manage budgets, and forecast, and monitor key performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal controls.
• Lead the finance team, liaise with external stakeholders, and advise management with strategic financial insights.

المهارات

Qualifications:

• Male, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in finance experience, ideally in hospitality & construction.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, financial reporting, and compliance standards and proficient in accounting systems (e.g., Sun Systems, Opera, SAP) with strong analytical and leadership skills.
