Job Overview
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial planning, control, and business analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while ensuring regulatory compliance. This role provides strategic financial advice to top management to support effective business and investment decisions. Additionally, the Finance Manager collaborates with department heads to monitor expenses, optimize financial processes, and manage contract financials, leasing agreements, and vendor payments to ensure alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Preparing business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
• Ensuring financial legal requirements are met.
• Reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes.
• Analyzing market trends and competitors to discover business opportunities and maximize profits.
• Reporting to management and stakeholders and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impact.
• Producing and reviewing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
• Developing long-term business plans based on these reports.
• Reviewing, monitoring, processing and managing budgets and the payments of the company.
• Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
• Supervise the finance department team and distribute the tasks and the responsibilities between them.
• Evaluate the department teamwork.
• Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the department.
Qualifications & Requirements Required Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
•
CPA designation is a plus. Years of Experience
•
7-10 Years of practical experience in same or related field. Language
•
Proficiency in both Arabic & English languages. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
•
Maximization of profit and reduction of risks.
•
Budget Vs actual accuracy.
•
Finance Cost.
•
Open audit observations (first time & repetitive).
•
Number of reconciled balance sheet accounts.
