Qualifications

Bsc Degree in accountant only MS Office Skills Strong command of English Driving licence is essential

Roles and responsibilities

Corresponding with customers, regularly sending account statement to the customers Review of customer aging reports and listing of overdue invoices Sending reminders and follow up for the due payments Visits to clients (as and when required) for follow up of outstanding payments Communicating with the customers regarding the discrepancy in the invoice, payment etc Inform client and market updates to the management Ensure DSO & CIDS are within target Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities Coordination with sales and operations team Reconciliation of customer accounts. Generating reports as and when desired by the management Ensure continuous follow-up on long outstanding and sending legal notice through the lawyer. Coordinating with the lawyer and involve in the legal process Coordinate with Lawyer on way forward as per management decision Keeping the management in picture for any risk of loss of payment from client
