The position

As Head of Finance, you will ensure strong financial management, reliable forecast and excellent business partnership according to Novo Nordisk Tunisia strategy. You will also manage, coach a team and make sure they have all the resources to fulfill their responsibilities. In more details, your missions will be to :

• Optimize the overall financial performance, especially Operating Profit. You will undertake financial assessments of proposed investments, health care reforms, business launches/opportunities, plan profitability and financial risks;
• Ensure a high quality financial planning and reporting. You will set tax and cash procedures, accurate sales forecasting, product availability, customer billing and manage relationships with internal and external auditors;
• Ensure that overall purchasing activities are performed cost effectively. You will drive strategic procurement and digital transformation projects to deliver savings. You will improve Procurement processes;
• Ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk systems and policies and local regulations.
• Manage your team. It involves to manage and develop the department ; to ensure performance ; to coach and develop each individual

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you have a :

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Economy, Business, or other relevant areas

• 6-8 years of experience within Finance & Operations in a multinational company. Ideally, you have experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at different levels of seniority

• You have strong leadership skills, a team player mindset and are able to prioritize tasks. You enjoy managing, coaching and developing your team.

About the department

You will report to our Vice-President and our General Manager. You will manage a team of 5 people. You will have interactions with both internal (all internal departments) and external stakeholders (auditors, lawyers, vendors, consultants…)
